This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to use sample tickets to test the Ticket Generator's validation system. It is helpful for event organizers to ensure that the ticket validation process is working correctly before the event.
A. Generate or access Sample Tickets
These are two ways of accessing the Sample Tickets:

Access Sample Tickets from the Ticket Validator section:
- Login to Ticket Generator Account
- Navigate to the Ticket Ticket Validator section
- Click on LEARN NOW
- Choose the Sample Ticket among the available options

Creating Sample Tickets while actual ticket generation:
- Navigate to Manage Events and select an event or create a new one
- Go to Ticket Design to confirm the design of the ticket
- Go to Guest Tickets locate New Ticket(s) and select Bulk Tickets
- Select the ticket generation method Generate & Download or Generate & Send
- For Generate & Download, once the number of tickets and image format are selected click on Download Sample Ticket and the Sample Ticket will be downloaded
- For Generate & Send, after selecting the ticket-sending method and entering the recipient's details, click on Send Sample Ticket
- Enter the email address or phone number and the Sample Ticket will be received
B. Testing Ticket Validation
With sample tickets in hand, proceed to test the validation process:
- Download the Ticket Validator app
- Login to the app using the account credentials
- Select Sample Event from the Events List
- Point the scanner at the QR Code on the sample ticket
Different validation screens will appear based on the selected Sample Ticket. Here is what the Ticket Validator will display after scanning a Valid sample ticket:
