A. Introduction
Ticket Generator offers versatile options to design visually appealing tickets. This guide details how to use the default design templates, upload custom designs, adjust card transparency, and save ticket designs as templates.
B. Design Options
B.1. Default Design
- Use the readymade template by entering basic information and branding
- Fields such as Event Name, Description, Venue, Date, and Time will already be added from the Create Event section
- Edit these details by clicking on the Pen icon next to each section
- Add background images or colors by selecting Edit Background
- Upload a brand logo and adjust its position and size
- Add variable information blocks for details such as seat numbers or ticket prices (Up to 5 blocks of variable information can be added)

Adjust Card Transparency
- Use the card transparency slider to adjust the text background transparency, blending it seamlessly with the ticket background

- Save changes by clicking Done
B.2. Upload Own Design
- Upload a custom-designed image in PNG, JPEG, or JPG format (maximum 5MB)
- Adjust the QR Code and Ticket Code block positions on the uploaded design
- Add static text and variable information blocks, adjusting their position, size, and color
- Up to 5 blocks of static text and variable information can be added per ticket
- The static text will remain the same for each ticket, while variable information will differ
- You can also choose to show the ticket category on your design or disable it (it is used when you have only one category and do not want to show it on the ticket design)
C. Save Ticket Designs as Templates
- After designing the ticket using any of the design options, click on Save as Template icon
- Provide a name for the design
- Click Save to store the ticket design as a template for future use
- Previously saved templates and default templates are accessible in the Choose from Templates section
D. Different Designs for Ticket Categories
You can assign a unique ticket design to each ticket category in your event. To do so:
- Go to the Ticket Category dropdown within the Ticket Design tab
- Select a specific category
- Customize the design separately for that category using the default or custom upload option
- Each selected design will apply only to the tickets of that specific category, regardless of delivery method
- This is useful when offering different tiers, such as VIP, General Admission, or Staff Passes
Note: The selected ticket design will be used in all delivery methods for the chosen ticket category
E. Step-by-Step Process
- Login to Ticket Generator
- Navigate to Manage Events
- Choose from an existing event or Create New Event
- Go to the Ticket Design Tab
- Choose Design Method
- Default Design: Edit the provided template
- Upload Own Design: Upload and adjust a custom image
- Add background images/colors, logos, static text, and variable information
- Adjust card transparency as needed
- Save as a template for future use if required
