Map Variable Information with Event Page

This guide explains how to map variable information to tickets using the event page setup in Ticket Generator, allowing for personalized ticket distribution.

A. Introduction

Variable information, such as guest names and seat numbers, can be mapped to tickets during event page setup. This ensures that each ticket is personalized and relevant to each attendee, enhancing the guest experience.

B. Steps to Map Variable Information

1. Log in to the Ticket Generator Account
2. Navigate to Manage Events select an event or create an event
3. Navigate to the Event Page section
4. Click on the Setup Event Page button
5. Design the event page and click on Continue
6. Navigate to the Variable Information Mapping option on the next page
7. Map values entered by guests to the variable information fields in the ticket design
   • If using Custom Text, specify a static text that will appear on all tickets
8. Select the approval system and click on Generate Link

Note:

• Once the setup is completed, the mapped information guests provide during event registration will be displayed in the ticket design and sent to them automatically
