A. Introduction
Sending tickets via email is a feature in Ticket Generator, allowing event organizers to distribute tickets efficiently while maintaining high deliverability and security standards. This guide provides updated steps on customizing and sending email tickets to guests.
B. Setup the Event and Ticket Details
- Login to Ticket Generator Account
- Navigate to Manage Events and select an event or create a new one
- Go to Guest Tickets locate New Ticket(s) and select Bulk Tickets
C. Customize Email Template
- Select Generate and Send as the delivery method and choose Email
- Click on Next to continue and choose the preferred option to upload guest data either manually or by a data file
- On the next page, click Review Email/SMS Content
- On the next pop-up page, customize the From Name, Email subject, and Email body
D. Add Organizer's Contact Information
- Scroll to locate the Event Organizer's Email section to add or verify the organizer's email and phone number(optional)
- Verify the email/contact details with an OTP sent to the email/phone number
