This article explains how many people can access a Ticket Generator account and the process for adding coordinators for ticket validation.
By default, only the account owner with the correct login credentials can access the Ticket Generator account to create events or make changes to event details. Multiple logins using the owner's credentials are not supported.
However, the account owner has the option to add multiple coordinators to assist with ticket validation. Coordinators can set up their own login credentials and use the Ticket Validator mobile app to validate tickets. This allows the account owner to delegate the ticket validation process, ensuring a smooth event experience.
A. Adding Coordinators
To facilitate ticket validation, the account owner can add multiple coordinators by following the below steps.

Login Limitations:
- Coordinators can only log in to the Ticket Validator mobile app/webapp to validate tickets
- Multiple logins from a single coordinator are not allowed
There is no limit on the number of coordinators for an event, but a maximum of 10 coordinators can be added in a single operation
