This article explains how to integrate Ticket Generator with HubSpot CRM to automatically sync guest registration details and manage contact data efficiently.
Ticket Generator offers a one-way integration with HubSpot. When enabled, this integration automatically creates or updates contact records in the connected HubSpot account every time a guest registers via the Event Registration Page in Ticket Generator. This helps event organizers maintain accurate, up-to-date contact databases without manual entry.
A. Access the integration settings
To begin setting up the integration:
- Log in to the Ticket Generator account
- Navigate to Settings from the left-hand panel
- Click on the Integration tab
A list of available third-party integrations will be displayed, including HubSpot.
B. Connect the HubSpot account
To initiate the integration with HubSpot:
- Locate the HubSpot card
- Click Connect
- The user will be redirected to the HubSpot login page
- Enter the HubSpot credentials and sign in
- Click Connect Account to authorize Ticket Generator
Once access is granted, the system will redirect the user back to Ticket Generator. The integration is now active.
C. Verify the connection in HubSpot
To confirm that the connection is successful:
- Log in to the HubSpot account
- Go to Settings > Connected Apps
- Ticket Generator should appear in the list of connected applications
This confirms that the integration has been established.
D. Data Integration with HubSpot
Once the integration is active, Ticket Generator will automatically push guest data to HubSpot whenever a registration occurs via the Event Registration Page.
The following guest details are captured by Ticket Generator and sent to HubSpot as contact properties:

Additional Notes:
- If the email address already exists in HubSpot, the corresponding contact record will be updated
- If the email address is new, a contact will be created automatically
- Only guests who complete registration via the Event Registration Page are synced
- Guests added manually or via bulk upload in Ticket Generator will not be pushed to HubSpot
E. Integration behavior and limitations
The HubSpot integration in Ticket Generator follows a one-way sync model. This means:
- Data flows from Ticket Generator to HubSpot only
- No information is pulled back into Ticket Generator from HubSpot
- Ticket validation, check-in status, and attendance details are not synced
- Field mapping is fixed and cannot be customized from the dashboard
