This article guides you on how to change your login password within the Ticket Generator tool.
Changing the login password periodically helps maintain the security of the Ticket Generator account. This guide will walk through the steps to modify the password easily. If forgotten the current password, please refer to the section on resetting it.
A. Accessing Account Settings
- Log into the Ticket Generator account
- Click on the Account Settings section located on the left side of the dashboard
B. Modifying Your Password
- Within the Account Settings, go to the My Profile section
- Change your password by clicking on the Change button
- Fill in the required fields with your current password, and new password, and confirm the new password
- Click on Apply to save the changes
- Once the password is modified, a confirmation pop-up will appear on the right corner of the screen
