Non-Refundable: Ticket credits, once purchased, cannot be refunded. In case of event cancellation, rescheduling, or any issue at the user's end, no refund. If technical issues are on our end or server issues, depending upon the investigation refund can be issued

- Our team will review your request and assist as needed. Once a refund request is approved, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in the original mode of payment
