This article provides a guide on how to resend tickets using the Ticket Generator. This is useful for event organizers who need to resend tickets to attendees who have lost or not received their original tickets.
Sometimes attendees may misplace their tickets or fail to receive them due to email issues. The Ticket Generator allows event organizers to easily resend tickets to ensure all attendees have access to their tickets.
Accessing the Resend Tickets Feature
- Go to the Ticket Generator web app and log in through the credentials
- From the dashboard, select Manage Events and choose the event to resend tickets
- Select Guest Tickets > Resend Tickets (available on the top right corner of the table)
- Search tickets by using Email ID, Ticket ID, and Phone Number
- View the ticket and resend by clicking on the Resend button
Note: While resending tickets, an email address can be added in CC or BCC. You can also add your own email address in CC to receive the ticket copy and track its delivery status.
