This article provides information on how to set up an event page in Ticket Generator. This is useful for event organizers looking to use the Event Page efficiently.
The Event Page lets organizers share a registration link. Guests can fill out the form to register, and upon successful registration, a ticket is automatically or upon manually approved is sent to their email or phone.
A. Access the Event Page
- Log in to the Ticket Generator account
- Under Manage Events, find, and click on the event you wish to set the Event Page for
- Go to the Event Page, and click on Setup Event Page

Event Details: It is a pre-filled block containing the event name, date and time, and venue
- Show Location on Map: Add map location on Event Page
- Banner Images: You can upload up to 5 images in .png or .jpg format, each no larger than 5MB. Drag and drop images to rearrange them on the registration page
- Event Subheading: Event Subheading provides additional details or context about the event

Event Description: Modify the event description to provide updated information using the following three parameters:
- About: Provides a summary or background information about the event
- Terms & Conditions: Outlines the rules and guidelines participants must agree to
- Instructions: Offers detailed guidance on how to participate or complete tasks related to the event

Event Guide: Offers a comprehensive overview of the event, including schedules, safety precautions, and important details for attendees which are as follows:
- Event Language: Specifies the language in which event information and communication will be provided
- Age Group: Defines the age range of participants targeted or eligible for the event
- Health & Safety Precautions: Guidelines and measures to ensure the well-being and safety of attendees at the event
- Do's & Don'ts: A list of recommended actions and prohibited behaviors for participants to follow
- Other Facilities: Additional amenities or services available to attendees at the event

Organizer Contact Details: Information on how to reach the event organizer for inquiries or assistance
- Phone Number: A contact number for reaching the event organizer or support team

Form Fields: In this block, specify the email and phone number needed from guests for validation and ticket generation
- Upload File: Use this option to let guests upload a file (e.g., ID proof) in Document (pdf, eps, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, txt) or Image (png, jpg, jpeg, webp, heic) format, up to 20MB. This file can be used for registration approval or reference. You can make the upload mandatory by toggling the 'Required' switch
- Instructions Text: Provides guidance or information on how to complete a task

Once the Event Page is designed click on Continue and proceed to choose settings

Choose Settings:

Approval System - You can either allow Auto-Approval or Requires Approval depending on your use case

Email Notification - You can enable Email notifications every time a new user registers to the event

Registration Limit - You can set a limit on the number of registrations allowed (with or without approval)

Restrict to Single Registrations Only - By default, guests can register multiple times using the Event Registration form. Enable this option to only allow a single registration per email (with or without approval)

Set Registration Expiry Date - You can use this option to set a registration submission expiry date and when the set date is reached, the registration page will display "Registration is closed for this event"

Enable Guest Verification - This option can be used to ask guests to confirm their details such as Age

Note: Click on the toggle to enable or disable the settings.
C. Generate Link
- Once you've designed the event and chosen the settings, click on Generate Link to set up the event page
