A. Access Event Analytics
To view the analytics for your event:
- Log in to your Ticket Generator account
- Navigate to Events in the sidebar
- Select the event for which you want to view analytics
- Click on the Analytics tab
B. Overview of Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your event's performance metrics, including:
- Total Ticket Generated: The total number of tickets generated for the event
- Total Registrations: The number of attendees who have registered for the event
- Registration Conversion Rate: The percentage of attendees who checked in at the event
- Total Page Visits: The total number of visits to the Event Page
- Approval Rate: The percentage of registration requests that were approved for the event
- Attendance Rate: The percentage of registered attendees who attended the event
C. Detailed Metrics
1. Ticket Generation
This metric displays the total number of tickets generated using all available ticket delivery methods, including digital tickets, printed tickets, and any other forms of ticket issuance. It helps in understanding the overall demand and distribution channels preferred by attendees.
2. Event Registrations
This metric provides insight into the number of registrations for an event relative to the number of visits or interactions with the event's registration page. 3. Attendance
This metric offers a comprehensive overview of attendee participation, tracking (Scan Details) who attended the event. It includes detailed attendance records that can be analyzed to assess engagement levels, peak attendance times, and overall event success.
D. Exporting Analytics/ Ticket Data
To export your event Analytics or Ticket data:
- Go to the Analytics tab for the selected event
- Click on the Export button located at the right corner
- Click Download to save the file to your device
- For Ticket Data, a CSV file will be generated and delivered to your registered email address
