Ticket Generator provides various registration statuses to help event organizers monitor and manage their event attendees. This guide will detail the meaning of each registration status and how to use this information to ensure a smooth registration process.
Understanding Registration Statuses
- New
- The registration process is currently pending approval from the administrator
- Auto-approved
- The registration is automatically approved
- Approved by Admin
- The registration has been manually approved by the administrator
- Rejected
- The registration has been rejected by the admin
- Held
- The ticket could not be generated and sent because there were insufficient ticket credits
- Cancelled
- The ticket was cancelled by the administrator
If Status is ‘New’, ‘Rejected’, or ‘Held’ then ticket status should be “-”
If the Status is “Approved” or “Auto-approved”, then the ticket status could be:
In Progress: If the registration has been approved but the ticket has not been sent yet
Sent: If the registration has been approved and the ticket sent successfully
Error: The application faced an error in sending the ticket as either the email bounced or the SMS could not be delivered
