A. Navigate to the Event Page
- Log in to the Ticket Generator account
- Navigate to Manage Events
- On the dashboard, go to Manage Events
- Select the Event and go to the Event Page
B. Test the Registration Process
- Copy the registration link from the Registration Page URL tab
- Open the link in a new incognito window or a different browser to avoid any session conflicts
- Complete the Registration Form
- Fill out the registration form using the alternate email addresses
- Ensure all fields are working correctly and that no required information is missing
- Check Confirmation and Ticket Delivery
- After completing the registration, check the alternate email inbox for confirmation emails and ticket delivery
- Verify that the emails contain the correct information and the tickets are attached properly
C. View Request in Registration Table
- Navigate to the registrations tab and switch to test tab, you'll see all the registration requests received using the test link
