This article explains the concept of ticket credits in the Ticket Generator web application and how to manage them.
Ticket credits are required for the generation of tickets via different delivery methods in Ticket Generator. Generating one ticket requires one ticket credit.
A. Initial Credits
The first 10 ticket credits are free and automatically added to the user's account upon signup. Users can use these credits to test and explore the tool
B. Purchasing Additional Credits
Users can purchase additional ticket credits by navigating to the Billing section on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Note:
- Once the payment is completed the ticket credit will automatically be added to the Ticket Generator account
- Unused credits will remain in the account for future purposes. It can neither be redeemed nor expired
