This article explains how event owners can send multiple tickets to the same guest using Ticket Generator. This feature is useful for guests who want to receive multiple tickets in a single go and potentially bring along other event guests too.
A. Select the event
- Login to your Ticket Generator account
- Select the Event from Manage Events > Active Event
- Click on Guest Tickets > New Tickets > Bulk Tickets > Generate & Send
B. Send multiple tickets
- Select the preferred method for sending the tickets to your guests i.e. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Choosing all the 3 channels will only incur 1 ticket credit
- Click on Next

Enter phone numbers or email addresses manually or through a spreadsheet, specifying the total number of tickets per user in the adjacent column. Currently, you can add up to five tickets per row
- After entering all the details, you can customize the email or SMS body as per your preference, then click on Generate
