This article explains how to export tickets data from Ticket Generator to get a detailed report of your event. This feature helps event organizers track ticket distribution, guest details, and attendance.
Exporting ticket data allows you to analyze detailed information about your event, including ticket distribution, guest details, and attendance metrics. This helps in tracking event performance, auditing ticket usage, and making data-driven decisions for future events.
A. Access the Ticket Generator Dashboard
- Login to your Ticket Generator account.
- Navigate to the Manage Events section.
B. Select the Event
- Find the event for which you want to export tickets data.
- Go to your Event, Click on three dots > 'Export Tickets Data'
C. Access your email
Once event owners click on the 'Export Tickets Data' button as mentioned above, they will get an email on their registered email having a link to a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will contain a detailed report of their event/tickets in Excel format.
D. Analyze the Exported Data
The ZIP Folder downloaded in the above step will allow users to access the below details:
- Event Name
- Ticket Code/ID
- Ticket Generation Timestamp (in UTC)
- Ticket Generation Method (Registration, Download, Sent via Email/SMS, API, Quick Ticket)
- Ticket Status (New, Used)
- Recipient Email
- Recipient Phone Number
- Ticket Email Status (SENT, REJECTED)
- Ticket SMS Status (SENT, REJECTED)
- Ticket WhatsApp Status (SENT, REJECTED)
- WhatsApp Consent By (BY EVENT ADMIN | BY GUEST)
- Ticket Validation Timestamp (in UTC)
- Ticket Validated By (Coordinator Email)
- Ticket Duplicates Identified
- Ticket Re-entries Granted
- Ticket Variable Information
