A. Introduction
Ticket Generator allows easy management of event tickets, including generating, viewing, and downloading tickets. This guide provides the steps to view ticket status and download tickets after generation.
A. Steps to View Ticket Status
- Login to Ticket Generator Account
- On the Manage Events section choose the relevant event from the list of events
- Navigate to the Guest Tickets tab
- Choose between different tabs to check the status of tickets and take action
- On the Generated and Downloaded tab click on the Download button next to the desired ticket batch
- The tickets batch (ZIP folder) will be downloaded to the device
- Distribute the downloaded tickets via email or any preferred method
- On the Generated and Sent tab see the Status (In progress/Success) of the tickets sent
- Navigate to the Bounced Tickets section and click on View to check the number of tickets not delivered
- The bounced tickets can be resent to other email addresses of attendees
- On the Generated and Downloaded tab click on the Download button next to the desired ticket batch
