Restrict to Single Registration

Restricting attendees to a single registration can help manage event capacity and prevent duplicate entries. This guide explains how to set up and enforce single registration limits for your Event Page using Ticket Generator.

A. Configuring Single Registration Restriction

1. Log in to Ticket Generator
2. Navigate to Event:
   • On the dashboard, click on Manage Events
   • Select the event you want to restrict from the list of events
3. Access Registration Settings:
   • Go to the Event Page tab
   • Click on the Settings tab
     
     
4. Enable Single Registration Restriction: 
   
   • Toggle the switch to Enable

This setting ensures that each attendee can only register once using their email address.
