This article guides you through editing an existing event in Ticket Generator, enabling you to efficiently manage and update event details.
A. Locate the Event
- Log in to your Ticket Generator account
- Navigate to the Manage Events > Active Events section from the dashboard
- Find the event you want to edit in the list of events
B. Edit the Event
- Click on the Event's Name or More Options > View Details (three horizontal dots) at the right
- Click on the Edit icon on the right above the Event Starts In section
- Edit all the relevant details and click on Update
- After updating, you will receive a confirmation prompt in green indicating that the event has been updated in the top right corner
