This article demonstrates how to duplicate an existing event in Ticket Generator, streamlining the process by allowing you to replicate the same event setup and settings. Whether you’re organizing multiple events or need to replicate a successful event setup, this guide will help you efficiently manage your event planning.
A. Locate the Event
- Log in to your Ticket Generator account
- Navigate to the Manage Events > Active Events section from the dashboard
- Find the event you want to edit in the list of events
Note: Only Active Events can be edited.
B. Duplicate & Customise the Event
- Click on the Copy Event icon beside more options (three horizontal dots) at the right end
- Further, a new event creation pop-up will appear with pre-filled details from the original event
- Update the event name and enter the date and other specific details as needed
- Review all the details to ensure they match the requirements for the new event
C. Copy & Create New Event
- Once all details are entered, click on Copy Event to create the duplicated event
