This article provides instructions on how to update the registered email address of a Ticket Generator account.
A. Update Registered Email Address
- Login to Ticket Generator
- Click on Account Settings located at the bottom left corner of the page
- Click on the Edit button next to the current email address
- Enter the new email address and the existing account Password in the provided field
- Click on Continue
B. Verify New Email Address
- Check the new email inbox for a Verification Code from Ticket Generator
- Enter the code as prompted
- A confirmation prompt will appear once the code is verified
C. Troubleshooting
- Email Address Already in Use: If the new email address is already associated with another Ticket Generator account, a different email address has to be used
- No Verification Email Received: Ensure you entered the correct email address and check the spam/junk folder. If the email is still not received, contact support
