This guide explains how to delete expired events (events that have already taken place) using the Ticket Generator web application.
Deleting expired events helps keep the event list organized and ensures that only relevant events are displayed. This process involves logging in to the account, selecting the expired events, and confirming the deletion.
A. Steps to Delete Expired Events
- Login to Ticket Generator
- Navigate to the Expired Events tab to view all the expired events
- Find the event to delete
- Click the 3 dots on the right-hand side and select Delete Event
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt by clicking on Delete
- Enter the account's password as prompted
- A confirmation prompt will appear once the password is verified
