If you're using Ticket Generator, it is possible to test tickets without using any ticket credits. The application allows you to test sample tickets (not of your event) so that you can familiarize yourself with the ticket validation process using the Ticket Validator mobile app.
Test tickets
To test the sample tickets, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your Ticket Generator account.
- Click on the Ticket Validator (left side-bar)
- Log in with your Ticket Generator account ID and password in the Ticket Validator application
- Select ‘Sample Event’ from the Events List
- Now on the web app dashboard click on the 'Test Sample Tickets'
- Point the scanner of the Ticket Validator app at the QR Code on the sample tickets given for valid, invalid, duplicate, and tickets with worn-out QR Code
- In the actual tickets scenario, you're required to choose the respective event from the list and start scanning the QR Codes on the tickets.
